Harvest.
Gonna make some fried green tomatoes to go on top of this wild greens salad.
Turned out Deeeeelish!
The zucchini, baby radishes, green tomatoes, and bit of red leaf lettuce were from the garden, planted intentionally. The bulk of the greens in the salad consisted of lambs quarters and wood sorrel which grow as wild weeds all around here, so they were from the garden too, but not so intentionally. ;]
